Jim spent more than a year developing Crossroads Brewing Co., weighing the daunting logistics of building his own brewery against brewing at other, well-established breweries in Southeast Asia.
In the end, Jim decided to join the world’s growing ranks of “gypsy brewers” by brewing and packaging his own carefully conceived recipes at host facilities in Hong Kong and Cambodia, then sending the finished brews back to be enjoyed by lovers of craft beer in Singapore.
Since debuting with the Summer Ale, our brewery has added a lager, session IPA, and cider to our core range. We remain fierce advocates of all-natural, high-quality craft beer, and are dedicated to brewing beer that makes our hometown proud.
